Please see below important rules pertaining to the 2023 THE LEAGUE Season!

1. (4) 10-minute quarters - running clock.  Clock will stop the last two minutes of the 4th quarter.

2. Overtime - first OT will be 3 minutes long, second OT will be 2 minutes long, a third OT will be first team to score

3. NO full-court press if your team is winning by 20 points!

4. You have two (:30 second) timeouts per half 

5. Player will be disqualified with 5 fouls

6. ALL players must be on the official league roster.  Absolutely NO player swapping during the season!!  

7. There will be a forfeit fee of $70 which must be paid prior to the next scheduled league game 

8. We CANNOT adjust the schedule moving forward for any other sports tournament, camps, extra games, etc.
